One head14 ounces of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces

¾tspdried cumin

Instructions
Heat a large 12” nonstick skillet over medium/high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6 minutes. Add the spices and the tomato paste and combine well into the beef. Cook for another few minutes then transfer to a dish, cover to keep warm.
In the same pan, add the ghee and the cauliflower. Coat the cauliflower in the ghee, add 1/8 cup of water, and put a lid on to cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the snow peas and the seasoning and mix until well combined. Cook for another few minutes to cook the snow peas. Add the final 1/8 cup of water if needed to help steam cook.
Serve the beef alongside of or on top of the vegetable mixture. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge.
