Place a large 12” skillet or wok over high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat, then add green beans. Let the beans get as much surface area as possible to get a nice sear on the beans, cooking for 5 minutes. You want to get some brown chars and wrinkles on the beans.
Turn heat down to medium-high and create an empty space in the center of pan by pushing the beans out to the side. Add the sesame oil, then the garlic and green onion and cook for about a minute careful not to burn.
Next, add in the liquid aminos, garlic chili sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Toss until the beans are evenly coated.
