FETA STUFFED SLIDERS
These mini feta stuffed sliders pack a serious flavor punch. Serve them on pita bread, in romaine lettuce wraps, on a salad, or on pasta. They are versatile and can please the whole family! Chop up some of your favorite fixings such as tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and onion, and you’re set!
If you have never tried lamb before, do it now! It is rich and flavorful, high protein, and packed with vitamins and minerals. I highly recommend mixing up your protein sources on a regular basis. Having a solid mix of protein sources not only keeps your boredom at bay but also keeps a variety of vitamins and minerals in your diet. So many of my clients complain about chicken boredom…well, eat less chicken! Add in more lean beef, pork, and…lamb!
If you are still not sure, go ahead and make your patties half beef and half lamb. I call this the “gateway lamb”. I actually really like to do this personally, using 96% lean ground beef to help cut the overall fat content down. This recipe would also work really well for ground chicken or ground turkey.

8/14/22 – Hello C&A, these turned out so good. I bought the scale and worked backwards like you suggested Chris, and was surprised they turned out (no cheese seeping) as good as they did. I cheated and used Aldi’s Dill Dip to build the burgers. White onion, and spinach for the lettuce made this over the top! I’m definaly adding this to my monthly menu. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Cyn Thia! Thanks for the comment. I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed these sliders! They are pretty dang tasty. Good choice to rotate in monthly. Have a great day! Chris
