Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility:
– Adults who are actively enrolled in the PNP challenge starting on January 6, 2025 are eligible to compete for the weekly contests.
– Eligible participants must be 18 years or older, and legal residents of the USA or Canada.
– Eligible participants must be in good standing with social media platforms or email accounts necessary to submit weekly contest entries.
– Each participant is eligible to win one time. If you win a weekly contest, you cannot win a future weekly contest.
– Void where prohibited.

Entry Method:
Enroll in the January PNP Challenge before January 6^th using this link. Cost for the challenge is $89, however, you may use a promo code if one is available to you.

If you are an active private client, your private coaching subscription includes free enrollment in the challenge while you are an active client. Active private clients can enroll in this PNP challenge by requesting to join by emailing Irene Iron Fitness.

Each weekly contest will be treated individually. You must enter the weekly contest by the due date. Participants may make multiple posts per weekly topic.

Weekly Contest Criteria:
Each week, there will be a contest that focuses on the corresponding habit topic. To enter the weekly contest, post a photo with a caption that relates to the weekly habit topic. All posts must have the tag #PNPX in the caption.

The winning post will be determined by photo quality, caption creativity, in-line with coaching articles content, positivity, motivation, and overall message.

If you are enrolled in the PNP Challenge and choose not to engage in social media, please email your photo and caption to chris@ireneironfitness.com, using #PNPX in the subject line.

By submitting your post/email with the tag #PNPX you are allowing IreneIronFitness/IreneIronTravels to share/repost your photo and caption on their social media channels and website.

Weekly Contest Topics & Posting Dates:
Entries for each week must be submitted during the postdate window. Entries made outside of the postdate window, not on topic subject, or missing the hashtag, will be disqualified.

Week 1: Topic: Drinking Water – Postdate window 1/6/25-1/12/25.
Week 2: Topic: Established Meal Times & Meal Prepping – Postdate window 1/13/25 – 1/19/25.
Week 3: Topic: Eating Slowly & Mindfully – Postdate window 1/20/25 – 1/26/25.
Week 4: Topic: Quality Protein – Postdate window 1/27/25 – 2/2/25.
Week 5: Topic: Mindset – Postdate window 2/3/25 – 2/9/25.
Week 6: Topic: Vegetables & Fruits – Postdate window 2/10/25 – 2/16/25.
Week 7: Topic: Smart Carbs – Postdate window 2/17/25 – 2/23/25.
Week 8: Topic: Healthy Fats – Postdate window 2/24/25 – 3/2/25.
Week 9: Topic: Balanced Meals – Postdates 3/3/25 – 3/9/25.
Week 10: Non-Scale Victories – Postdates 3/10/25 – 3/16/25.

Selection:
Each weekly contest will end after the posting window is closed. The winner will be selected during the following week.

For example, entries for week one may be posted until end of day on 1/12/25. The contest winner for week one will be selected and notified during the following week, 1/13/25-1/19/25. The winner for week 2 will be selected and notified during week 3, etc.

Odds:
The odds of winning will depend on the number of people submitting each week. Participants

Fraud:
By submitting a contest entry, you are confirming you own rights to the photo and caption content, and that you are not using material that doesn’t belong to you.

Submitting photos or captions that do not belong to you, or using a fake social media account or email can result in being disqualified from the contest and the PNP challenge itself.

Winner contact:
Irene Iron Fitness will contact each weekly winner via email. If you do not respond to the email within 7 days to accept your prize, you will forfeit your prize. Irene Iron Fitness is not responsible for emails not located due to internet problems, email issues, spam/junk folders, or any other technical or personal issues.

Winners will be required to submit a photo of their driver’s license to prove age and residency qualifications outlined above.

Prize delivery:
Winners will be shipped their tangible prizes from Reblumed and Undersun Fitness within 3 weeks of accepting their prize and providing a shipping address. If a shipping address isn’t provided within one month of being notified of winning, the prize will be forfeited.

If you choose the 30-day private coaching from Irene Iron Fitness, this will start immediately when the challenge ends. Private coaching dates will be set as 3/17/25 – 4/16/25. If you choose the PNP enrollment instead, you must use this in a 2025 challenge. Services are non-transferable and non-deferrable for any reason.

Transferability:
Contest prizes are non-transferable and non-deferrable.

Substitution:
Contest prizes are non-substitutable

Winner use:
Weekly winners agree to allow Irene Iron Fitness to use your first name, winning photo image and caption on their social media and website.

Terms & Conditions:
Irene Iron Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Irene Iron Fitness control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such a case, Irene Iron Fitness, may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Irene Iron Fitness. Irene Iron Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Irene Iron Fitness has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void entries for any reason. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
