This isn't your ordinary hardcore challenge. Instead, it's a positive and encouraging habit builder that focuses on strength training and eating real food. Break the all-or-nothing mindset while driving long-term results. Establish healthy habits that are sustainable and effective for healthy aging.
This online PNP group challenge will begin on September 1, 2025, and run for ten weeks until November 9, 2025. This challenge is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The challenge's goal is to maintain a consistent strength training routine and practice progressive healthy eating habits. Learn how to strength train if you aren't already, and learn what foods to add to your nutrition plan and why.
- Coaching App Access (iOS & Android)
- Strength Training Program - Choose from either dumbbell OR loop-style resistance bands (not the handle style) strength training program. Strength training is 3 days per week*.
- Weekly Cardio goals - two days per week*
- Daily Step Goals*
- Food Journal OR Adherence Chart* (optional)
- Nutrition Curriculum - Coaching infographics, articles, & guides delivered weekly along with daily habit goals.
- Private Facebook Group - The magic is in the PNP community! Joining the group on Facebook is not required, but it is highly valuable for group interaction, sharing information, and attending live events.
- Weekly Weigh-Ins - Accountability check-ins. The scale does not determine success and is optional to use.

*Please note: This challenge is a group program and does not include customized workout programs, personalized calorie/macro goals, private phone calls, or private messaging, which are typically provided in my standard one-on-one coaching packages.

PRIZE - One winner will be chosen based on overall transformation and engagement throughout the program. Waiver and release of liability include, without limitation, any and all injuries which may occur. This includes but is not limited to (1) Equipment that may malfunction or break; (2) any slip, fall, or dropping of equipment (3) any injury that may occur as a result of exercising indoors/outdoors; (4) any injury related to improper technique, form, frequency, or intensity of exercise. I, for myself, and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, hold harmless and promise not to sue Irene Iron Fitness, LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, staff, sponsors, agents, partners, or instructors ("releasees") of the program concerning any and all injury and/or loss arising your participation, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
With any exercise program, you should always obtain clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider before engaging in physical activity. If you experience pain or discomfort during exercise, stop the exercise and reach out to your healthcare provider for clearance to continue.
